Help downloading activity and colouring sheets

To see what each download is like, just click on the underlined link and it will display.

To keep a copy of each download just follow the following steps:

1. Right click on the underlined link for the download you want

2. Choose ‘Save Target As’

3. A ‘Save As’ window opens – where you can find where you choose where to put it (e.g. My Documents)

4. Click OK

Now, if you look in the place you selected (e.g. My Documents), your download will be ready and waiting for you!  You can then look at it on your computer, or print it out.

Help downloading zipped audio

1. Click on the underlined link to the audio you want (e.g. Letterland Handwriting Songs)

2. A window will appear asking you if you’d like to Open or Save the file. Click on ‘Save’

3. Most browsers (like Internet Explorer) will then ask you where you’d like to save it. Choose wherever you’d like to keep it (e.g. My Documents). If this bit doesn’t appear, it will have been saved in a usual location (often just on your desktop).

4. Once this is done, go to where you saved your file (e.g. My Documents) and right click on it.

5. Choose ‘Unzip’, ‘Extract’ or ‘Extract all’ (depending on what computer system you’re using)  If you don’t see any of these options, see below.

6. Just follow the instructions to see the contents of your unzipped folder

Didn’t see an ‘Unzip’ or ‘Extract’ option? You may not have a program installed yet that will do this. Don’t worry, lots of free ones exist – see here

Once you have your audio files, you can use a program like Windows Media Player to listen to them or burn a CD of them – for more advice see here.
